The staff at Barin Residence Centre were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to assist us with a train issue we had and ensured it was resolved. The hotel is also conveniently located close to major attractions like Red Square, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the breakfast served at the nearby coffee shop was delicious. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious enough for a family of four. The air conditioning system was excellent and the room was cleaned to perfection. The location was unbeatable - there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. We were able to walk to the main tourist attractions in just a few minutes. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and two individuals in particular were helpful throughout our stay.

There were a couple of negatives to our experience. the breakfast was not included in the room rate and had to be purchased separately.

I recently visited a hotel in the heart of the city and had a great time. The location was perfect as it was reasonably close to attractions and there was an excellent food court nearby. It was also easy to get to and from the attractions, with the Red Square just a short walk away. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very kind and responsive, making me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and they even offered room service to make it more convenient for me.

There was some strict regulation regarding the check-in process at the hotel which confused me and caused some unnecessary stress.

That there wasn't an elevator in the building, so we had to carry our luggage up to our room. breakfast was a bit limited, with only a few options to choose from and a specific time to order the night before.

Lovely small hotel with modern facilities, great bathroom, and air-conditioning. Helpful and friendly staff who spoke good English. Excellent location near Red Square and old town. Well-equipped room with minibar and tea/coffee making facilities.

This hotel is amazing! I had such a great experience staying here. The location on a quiet street is perfect because it's away from all the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to everything. The service and housekeeping are top-notch, always making sure everything is clean and well-maintained. The room amenities are fantastic, from the ironing facilities to the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. I also loved the mini-bar and sitting area, it really enhanced my comfort during my stay. The in-room safe, dining table, and in-room desk were also very convenient. The staff is incredibly welcoming and always willing to help with any request or inquiry. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
